150g all-purpose flour
1 egg
80g blue cheese
60ml extra virgin olive oil
A handful of chopped walnuts
Directions
- Chop the walnuts and set aside.
- Cut the blue cheese into cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, cheese, olive oil, and chopped walnuts.
- Knead until a firm dough is formed.
- Roll out the dough into a square shape.
- Bake at 170°C for approximately 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
