With no added sugar and a very special touch of olive oil, this chocolate spread will be the delight of children and adults alike. Add a few flakes of salt before serving to enhance its flavour!
200 g 70% dark chocolate
200 g roasted hazelnuts
60 g cocoa powder
50 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chop the chocolate and melt in a bain-marie or microwave. Set aside for a few minutes
Add the toasted hazelnuts, the cocoa powder, the melted chocolate and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a food processor. Blend until the desired texture is achieved.
Keep in a glass jar until ready to enjoy.
