Potatoes for garnish (2 potatoes per person)

For the sauce:

2 cloves of garlic

30 g lamb's lettuce

30 g raw almonds

30 g extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Start by placing the cleaned potatoes in a bowl, prick with a fork.

Add a little water, cover with film and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes.

Place the cooked potatoes in a baking dish.

Smash lightly with a glass

Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and bake for 25 minutes at 190ºC.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by adding the garlic cloves, raw almonds, lamb's lettuce, salt and olive oil to a blender.

Blend to the desired texture and set aside.

Place the potatoes in a serving dish and serve immediately with the lamb's lettuce sauce.
