Marinated cherry tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of cheese
  • 80 gr. of cherry tomatoes
  • Rosemary,Basil
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

preparation

  • 1.

    Cut the cheese into small cubes.

  • 2.

    Score the cherry tomatoes.

  • 3.

    Add the rosemary and fresh basil.​​​​​​​

  • 4.

    Put all the ingredients in the airtight jar.
    Cover with extra virgin olive oil.

  • 5.

    Leave for 3 to 4 days in a sealed jar before enjoying.
