Smoked mackerel, cucumber and lime
With this combination of flavours, you can enjoy a perfect crunchy snack for any aperitif, brunch or dinner with friends. You can make it with cucumber or courgette, just cut it into thin strips.

Ingredients
● 1 slice of bread
● ½ cucumber
● 100 g smoked mackerel
● fresh parsley to taste
● juice of ½ lime
● pepper to taste
● extra virgin olive oil
Directions
● Cut the cucumber into strips.
● Add the cucumber strips to a bowl.
● Add juice of ½ lime and pepper
● Set aside for 10 minutes
● On a slice of toasted bread, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
● Place the smoked mackerel fillets on the bread.
