Ingredients

CLASSIC SALAD : You will need olive oil, wine vinegar and salt. Add 3 parts olive oil, 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix and enjoy. 



ASIAN : You will need olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger powder, toasted sesame and chopped fresh chives. Add 3 parts olive oil, 1 tbsp. rice vinegar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. ginger powder and chopped fresh chives, mix and enjoy. 



GREEK : You will need olive oil, juice of ½ lemon, ¼ of ˋ grated cucumber, natural yoghurt, salt and chopped fresh chives. Add 3 parts olive oil, juice of ½ lemon, grated cucumber, 1 tbsp natural yoghurt, 1 tbsp salt and chopped fresh chives, mix and enjoy. 


RED BERRIES : You will need olive oil, apple cider vinegar, 10 g of red berries puree and salt. Add 3 parts olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, the mashed berries, 1 tablespoon salt. Mix and enjoy. 

 


MEDITERRANEAN : You will need olive oil, juice of ½ lemon, natural yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon of Provencal herbs and salt. Add 3 parts olive oil, the juice of ½ lemon, 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon of herbs and salt.
